8th-11th Grade Students will visit Riversport Adventures in Oklahoma City on Thursday, May 8th.  Students will depart at approximately 7 am and return to school around 6:30 pm.  Lunch is included!

Tickets are:

• $52 per student
• $30 per parent/chaperone** (see note below)

Please turn in the following by Tuesday, April 1st:

• payment
• field trip permission slip
• Copy of Insurance card (front and back, if not submitted in the fall)

**Chaperones must complete Ministry Safe Training, which requires approximately 1.5 hours of video training.  If you would like to chaperone, please reach out to your child's teacher AND to Kassee Sturdivant at kassee.sturdivant@lakelandchristian.org so that a training link can be sent to you.
